If you find yourself in Western WA try to go by Sowerby's in Chehalis WA.

Sue, the owner is a Scot and a kilt lover.

She also keeps bangers and mash, scotch eggs, and haggis on the menu!

how is the haggis? is it traditionally (with organs) or using decent to good cuts of various meat?

Never had haggis, but I guess I need to try it.

Sowersby's is closed.
Rumor has it that Sue is working at a Chevrom on HWy 6 after a hiatus to England. We miss her at the cafe.
