If you ever need a replacement cell phone avoid www.replaceyourcell.com out of Brooklyn New york
I purchase my wife a refurbished pantech phone, received the phone plugged it into charge. 4 hours later tried to turn it on. Nope nothing.
Email support within 48 hours, they sent me an RMA (return request) via email which I completed same day and returned... 5 emails, 3 phone calls (voice mail)and almost a month later..nothing
They have my money and I have their paperweight
My Next step is to file a complaint with the post office for mail fraud

file a charge back would be what I think the next step is, perhaps with a BBB rating.

I know it's a pay service - but another place to post gripes about a business is Angie's List
