Big Snow In Europe

Recommended Posts

I sure would like to see some pictures of the big snow in Europe from some of our members over there. I like snow scenes. I just don't like to drive in them.

I'm in Canada so I'm used to the white stuff. However, I can feel for those that get a dumping and have no infrastructure to deal with it.

I can oblige. Once it starts snowing, I'll get you a good picture of Geichberg Castle.

here some pictures from yesterday morning at 9 am, made from the balcony of our apartment.

There are about 2 - 3 cm of snow at 260 m (above sea level).

This morning it was more, but it was too gray for my taste for a photograph. At work in Frankfurt there

had been this morning about 10 cm.

Looks beautiful. We've had very little here in Chicago so far.

It were nice, if it were "real" snow, not a watery mess. That's the first snow this winter, but after last winter I can go without snow for a change.

There was snow from early november to late march almost constantly.

I am glad I don't have to deal with snow anymore! Thanks for sharing the pictures.

I'm missing the snow so far this year. Got a good snow after Halloween and nothing to speak of since then. :(
