Drink plenty of water while out and about.
Heat exhaustion and dehydration are not problems you want to mess with.

It is well known that in general we are living beyond our means or dealing with the results of trying to do so in the past.

Here is a helpful hint to prevent getting yourself in a financial hole.

Buy a kilt.

One kilt will last many years, eliminating the need to buy many pairs of short-lived p@nt$. This will save you plenty of money over the long run with which you can help eliminate other financial woes.

One word of caution: Kilting is known to be addictive. Please seek out support groups if you find yourself wanting more and more kilts, no matter how many you already have. We offer such support here.

The St. Andrews Society of Greater St Louis is in the process of designing and registering an official state tartan, If you check out this list you will see that not all states have an official tartan yet.
