Ha- no kidding, really need to lose this gut but I refuse to do sit ups.. anybody know of another way?

Sit-ups don't work. If you do'em wrong they can acturally make the gut stick out more. Have you tried the plank, it's also called the bridge?It's an isometric type exercise, stretch out, either brace your feet against a wall or i like to put them up on an exercise ball, raise up on your elbows, keep your back straight and concentrate on holding the stomach muscles in. Start with a count of around 3o seconds and build up. great core strengthening and will help "pull' the ab muscles in. I always finish a workout with these. Good luck.
