Was doing well, with my running regime.

Had minor foot surgery, Monday - no running for at least a week.

Took the dog for a stroll, to First Fridays downtown... I was an idiot, and wore sandals. Made my foot bleed, a little. Hopefully won't set me back too far.

:sorry: You'll heal up, and get back on track just don't push to hard until then.

Carry some band aids around in your wallet-just in case. Maybe you could try some of the liquid band aid stuff-that works pretty good too.

Man, I understand. I started a couch to 5k program, and after a week and a half, hurt my back at work. I think I'm just about ready to start up again, but I don't want to push it...

take care of your bodies brothers. Most parts are the only ones you'll have. Remember "working through the pain" is not usually the answer.

Pain is weakness leaving the body!

No, pain is your body saying "don't do that again"!
