Just stopped by to say-

If you get a chance, try this beer.

8A63E36A-200C-4860-866C-F8857A89CD2F-681

Rich dark chocolate notes, with some dark coffee in the background. Caramel and toffee in the finish. Some hoppy bitterness, but not overpowering. This is a rich, black elixer that allows no light to pass. It weighs in at 9.5% ABV, so it makes a nice winter warmer.

It has to be one of my very favorites...

I don't think I've seen it around here. Have to check my sources...

You had me a chocolate. I know our local stores won't carry it but I will be looking for it when I next head to Duluth!

The barrel aged version is one of the few where I haven't gone "should've just had what was in the barrel first time around."

Yes, this stout is fantastic. They make another stout- "...espresso stout" and it is not nearly as good as the Imperial stout.

The Belgian style imperial stout is my favorite, but it is hard to get your hands on...
