Run Like You Stole Something!

We have red-tailed hawks and sparrow hawks around here this time of year but I must say I am more afraid of the mocking birds and night hawks. They will put a knot on your head if you enter their nesting area.

Great going Tony. I started a Crossfit Endurance course a few weeks ago, so I hope to be up with you soon. I did 2x 2 mile runs today; about 27 minutes each.

The goal is to run the Tulsa Run 15 K in October.

I don't usually listen to music, when I run... generally just enjoy the time to think.

Today I plugged earbuds into my iPhone, for a change of pace.

Let me tell you: Nothing motivates a run, like Highland and Uilleann Pipe music.

Tomorrow: the Chieftains!

After a bit of a slump,

I was able to get my MoJo back, and set 3 PRs today.
Nothing to call ESPN about, but it keeps me motivated.

After an approx. 3-month hiatus, I have been cleared, by the surgeon, to start running, again.

Granted, I'm only about a week and half into returning to my running regime, but I can see this is going to take a long time to return to my former condition.

Oh, well... something to look forward to.

Your former condition being laid up in a hospital gurney?

Get running man, and run like you just picked up a flat screen in St. Louis!

Finally, weather good enough for a run (treadmill is getting olde)

1st run, of 2015.

Yikes... winter was not kind to me.

Much work to be done.
