Sorry I haven't posted a Fitness Tip the last 2 weeks... I wrote one 2 weeks ago and as I was finishing it up on the Wordpress site I realized that it was almost the exact same article I wrote back in April - so I scrapped it. Last week's article was 80% done and some stuff came up that I had to take care of and it never got completed.

I will be posting one up tomorrow though!

Just in case anyone cared ;)

I havn't been in the gym for almost a month, running/cycling a lot, down 10#, and then I had my car broken into. First time I didn't hit my goal for distance this week, set back a week in that regard...

3 weeks to donut (64 mile bike race) and a few more after than and my first Marathon (and I am so not ready)
